With the disappointment of gyms closed and the Tokyo Olympics postponed we all need to keep up our motivation and love of your sport – Gymnastics

 

Entry is FREE and open to all gymnasts in Australia

Remember to be committed, focused, set goals and most importantly ‘Be Your Best’

This competition will run over several weeks and aims to create a boost in both motivational levels and positive mental health. At the same time we hope to bring the gymnastics community together in a fun, competitive way
