The High Bar, also known as the horizontal bar, is the perfect starting point for any home gymnastics training. It is available in two height sizes to suit different aged gymnasts and is extremely stable allowing for a wide variety of training skills and strength work. There is also the benefit of adding additional components in the future as the gymnast advances in skill level.
