The LGS Tribe is back for 2022!

We hope the start of 2022 has been both positive and active so far. As we settle into the every changing Covid normal, we hope you have managed to stay connected to your sport, set new goals and train to be your best. 

This year we plan to have a big focus on home training, strength training and creating a positive mindset.The LGS tribe has been having a break but it’s time to get the tribe back in action. Exciting news, the LGS Tribe membership is now FREE! That means free access to all our training videos : ‘Train with Georgia’ and ‘Strength with Mel’
