My Gymnastics Journey – Training with Georgia

I absolutely love the #lgstrainwithgeorgia sessions. I literally cannot sleep a few days before because I get so excited about seeing my friends and also because I get a little star struck being coached by Georgia Bonora. Georgia is really pretty and a great role model, she is an awesome gymnast with lots of good advice. Not only is she an Olympian Gymnast and top Gymnast Coach she is also an Australian Ninja Warrior and the other day I found out she represented Australia at the Olympics for Netball! She is just amazing!

Georgia has lots of great tips and lots of training drills we can do at home. One of the best things about these sessions is they are filmed and are loaded onto the #lgstribe page so I get to watch all of Georgia’s tips whenever I want.

I cannot wait for the next Train With Georgia session.
