This wedge is the best product ever when it comes to multi-purpose equipment! The fact that it folds and can be used as either a wedge or a block makes it so useful for lots of different exercises. The wedge is my go to when teaching beginner skills and to be able to fold it into a block and use it for other skill and strength exercises is amazing. It’s also really easy to pick up and move because it’s lightweight and not awkward to carry when folded into a block – plus it has handles. The medium wedge is the perfect size not only for the young kids I coach, but also for myself. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
