In addition to both bars adjusting vertically, the horizontal gap between the bars can also be adjusted. These are fantastic, my 2 girls aged 11 (Level 5 last year) and 8 (Level 3 ) received these in August 2017 My husband and I could see that major confidence was required and skill development with this apparatus. My little one was so nervous she couldn’t even jump to the high bar, Fast track 12 months and both girls received 9s at the State Championships and are doing skills that we never felt were achievable. My youngest one even placed 10th out of 100 children in the state. (and jumped to the high bar like a professional)
I can not talk any higher of how these uneven bars have assisted my girls this year. Both at level 4 and 6 now and still use the bars most days. We also on a beautiful day take them outside, or they play on them in our garage.
We also have young friends who are boys that come over, and we change the bars to parallel bars so they can play. These are so versatile and well structured.

We bought a set of these bars a bit of a year ago for Christmas for our daughter and she has quickly gone from level 2 up to level 5. These have been the best money we have spent, Emily lives on her bars when she’s not at training and she has gained so much confidence from having them. Emily absolutely loves them!
We also love the versatility of them if the kids have friends come over they are super easy to adjust so everyone can play. The kids can adjust them themselves.
Definitely recommend these bars for anyone looking for a safe uneven bar for home.
